Spacious and quiet rooms, nice bed...

This place has a great location, just a short walk from Musee Tomo, and it's also near public transportation.

Everything was great, including very very helpful staff and magnificent location in a hopping neighborhood. Location: the hotel was short walk to metro station. There was Soba Udon Tateshina nearby to grab something to eat.

That was comfy and straightforward hotel set in shopping area, just off many restaurants and shops all along the street, Shibuya and Shinjuku and the metro station Akasaka mitsu.

The location of Akasaka Crystal was fantastic, right next to the metro station and several restaurants. The room was small but clean, and the bed was comfortable. We were able to easily explore the area and had no trouble finding places to eat. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and cleanliness.

Convenient location and helpful staff

I had a slight issue during check-in, where I was given the wrong room. However, the hotel staff worked diligently to resolve the situation and provided me with the correct room within a couple of hours. Despite the language barrier, they did their best to assist me and I appreciate their efforts. The room itself was small but comfortable, with clean beds and ample amenities. The hotel's location was fantastic, just a minute away from the train station and surrounded by shops and restaurants. It made it easy for me to explore the city and access all the major attractions. I had a pleasant stay at Akasaka Crystal Hotel and would recommend it to others.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, with easy access to several metro stations and plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants around. the hotel is just next to the subway station, so getting around the city is not an issue. the rooms have overnight supplies like toothbrushes and the linen is clean.

Had a great time staying in a cozy solo room in a hopping area. Key location made it easy to reach places with station nearby. Staff was helpful and kind with tricky door key system. Neighbourhood is full of food options, so I didn't miss breakfast at the hotel. Room was well cleaned and well kept and the price was reasonable for a solo traveler.

The hotel is in a great location, right by the metro station, which is very convenient for exploring the city. the room was bigger than expected with a comfortable bed and a clean, functional bathroom. the fact that we could get tea and coffee for free from reception was a nice touch. the WiFi was also fast and reliable.

The staff didn't speak much English, which made communication a bit challenging. it was a little frustrating when we were asked to leave our room for cleaning in the afternoon, but when we returned, it wasn't ready yet.
